You should bring the following
while applying for visa:
a) A passport valid for at
least six months
b) Two recent passport size photographs (coloured)
c) An accurately completed visa form
I am a Dutch national and currently outside
the Netherlands. I plan to go to Pakistan.
What is the procedure to obtain a visa?
If you hold a valid residence
permit for the country you are in, you can
get a visa for Pakistan from the Pakistan’s
mission in that country.
Can I send my passport by mail to get a visa?
We do not entertain requests
received by mail. The applicant or someone
on his/her behalf should submit the duly completed
visa form at the embassy.
Can I pay fees in cash?
We do not accept cash. All
fees have to be deposited through PIN pass
What is the procedure for renouncing Pakistani
nationality?
For renunciation of Pakistan’s
citizenship, you will have to deposit the
following at the Embassy:
a) Original Pakistan Passport
along with 5 photocopies
b) Original National Identity Card along with
5 photocopies
c) Five photographs (colored with blue background)
d) Five photocopies of your Dutch Passport
e) Five photocopies of letter granting you
Dutch citizenship
f) An accurately completed Form ‘X’
g) 16 Euro fee
Please note that persons
below the age of majority (i.e. 21 years)
cannot renounce their citizenship under law.
I plan to travel to Pakistan by car. Are there
any special requirements to travel in Pakistan
by car? What is the procedure for obtaining
visa?
You can get a tourist visa
for Pakistan. There is no special or separate
procedure. However, we would suggest that
while applying for the visa, you should let
the embassy know of your tentative date of
arrival in Pakistan so that you get a visa
valid for duration beyond that date. (Please
see #1 for requirement for a tourist visa.)
Is it possible to receive the visa on the
same day?
No. Visa can only be granted after 3 working days from the day of submitting application.
I have a valid visa on a passport that is
no longer valid. Can I travel to Pakistan?
You can travel on a valid
visa for Pakistan if you attach your old passport
with your new one.
I have a valid visa exemption sticker affixed
on my passport. Can I travel to Pakistan?
You can travel to Pakistan
till the expiry of the visa.
