Government of Pakistan has made it mandatory for all eligible bonafide Pakistanis residing or intending to reside abroad for more than six months to apply for National Identity Card of Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP). For this purpose the overseas Pakistanis are required to complete NICOP forms (available at the Embassy of Pakistan) and attach the following documents with them:

1. Fee of US$ 15,- to be deposited in Habib Bank Rotterdam. (Account No. 31219713-NADRA)
2. Two photocopies of National Identity Card.
3. Two photocopies of first three pages of Pakistani Passport.
4. Two photocopies of Visa/Dutch residence permit.
5. Three photographs (with blue background)
6. Photocopy of Dutch Passport (only for dual nationality holders).
