Reference Embassy of Pakistan, The Hague; Tender Notice dated 25 August, 2007, bids are again invited from civil engineering companies and Civil Work Inspectors (individually) for inspection/verification of the following repair works at the Pakistan Ambassador Residence No. Plein 1813 No.3, 2514 JN, The Hague:

i) Repairs of concrete stairs and platform at the Main entrance.
ii) Repairs, replacement of wood of the pillars plus roof of the portico.
iii) Repairs and paint inside the corridor of the side entrance
iv) Repairs, treatment of wood, fixing of glass panels and paint of the old doors and windows.
v) Repairs, replacement and fixing of the handles of doors and windows.
vi) Inside paint of the sunroom.
vii) Repairs and paint of the guest bed room.
viii) Repairs, plaster and paint of the whole building from outside.
ix) Leveling and compacting of the outside roads and pathways surrounding the building inside the compound.
x) Repairs and fixing of the files near the portico of the side entrance.

2. Sealed bids for the above-mentioned works addressed to Mrs. Kehkeshan Azhar, Head of Chancery, are to be submitted at Embassy of Pakistan, Amaliastraat 8, 2514 JC, The Hague by 1700 hours on Monday, 28 May, 2007.
