REQUIREMENTS:
1. Duly filled-in application form in CAPITAL LETTERS
2. Two recent passport size coloured photographs (3.5cm x 4.5cm) with light background
3. Original Passport (valid for a minimum of 6 months) along with a copy of first page
4. In case of Foreign Passport, a copy of the Dutch Residence Permit Card
5. In case of business visa, a letter of invitation from Pakistan based company
6. In case of business visa, a business card of the applicant
7. A copy of flight booking or ticket
8. The visa fee of €72/- which is non-refundable
